Road Bike Skills Sessions - for ALL Levels

Calling all road cyclists... We're having a couple of skills session at Lochgelly cycle circuit (Fife Cycle Park) with Linda coaching.
Lochgelly has the advantage of fast, banked corners that give a real sensation of speed. There's also an indoors area, to give a chance to get/keep warm if it's a cold day (we'll cancel/reschedule if any snow/ice/extreme weather) Teas/coffees and cakes provided (but have lunch before or bring something with you!)
Sunday 8 Feb - Cornering and individual skills
Sunday 1 Mar - Group riding
12noon for a 12.30 start. Finishes 4pm.
Both are aimed at the full range of road riders from those new to group riding to those doing events/racing. It's skills we all need to top up or learn a bit more!
Just bring a working road bike, warm riding kit, preferably a change of clothes.

We'll arrange lift shares for those needing transport. There are also train service from Edinburgh (10.59->11.48, r:16.31-17.26), or for the really keen it's a 25 mile ride each way!
