Strava

The club's had a strava team going since, well, a long time ago.

Its for club members over the age of 13, and we have a lot of folk riding & recording. With the club leaderboard showing who's doing impressive mileage. For instance, in November, Ellen did the most km 2 weeks, Judith 1 and Andy 1. Had Jennifer nipped out late on Sunday to cycle to offy, then all 4 weeks would have been headed by women.

At the minute, we can only post this as screen-shots, which isn't ideal. Trying to extract the data either from Strava APIs or via Screen-scraping technology has defeated our strava boffins (ie me & Scott). If anybody out there likes nothing more than writing copious pages of Python, and thinks we could get a 'monthly' or 'annual' view, please drop me an email (president@edinburghrc.co.uk).
