With a third of the season done, it's been a great start to the year.

New ERC rider, Kieran Savage has been in great form, as has the ever-present Alan Dean. Both were in the break at the second Alba series round - Keiran picking up a podium spot in 3rd and Alan in 6th. Keiran was also second in the Dunfermline 2/3/4 road race, and winner of the Moscow APR. Alan has third at Dick Longdragan 2/3/4, fourth at Jack Campbell 2/3/4 and Masters wins at a stage race in Colchester and at the crit circuit.

Harry Mustard has put in some great finishes in the points at Dunfermline and Dooleys 2/3/4 races, while James Burnett has been strong in the tough E123 crits at Linlithgow (where Cameron Mason has sometimes been part of the field), as has Oswald in the 3/4 events.

For time trials, there was two age wins in the Scottish 25 mile champs - Liz Ball (9th female) and Alan Dean (5th overall). Graham Jones, Sandy Waller and Stefan Hurst were also in action, as has been the case for a lot of the year. Sandy and Stefan were also in action with Alan in the UK Team Time Trial Champs at Irvine, placing 8th.
