Goodson Race Team New Members

With the CX season starting last month, 4 new riders have joined our Youth Race Team for the 2025/26 season:

JACK ARUNDEL (2nd year Youth A).

Jack will be racing CX, MTB XC and Road and joins Edinburgh RC on the back of a strong season as a first year Youth A in all three of those disciplines.

EILIDH COUTTS (2nd year Youth B).

Eilidh is a mountain biker who took silver in the Scottish MTB XC Championships last month and won the Edinburgh Schools U14 MTB XC Championship as a first year Youth B, having only started racing this year.

RUARIDH COOK (1st year Youth B).

Ruaridh races MTB XC, CX and Road and is moving up into the Race Team having represented the club in Youth C..

ALEX FARADAY (1st year Youth B).

Alex will be racing CX, Road and Track and also moves up to the Race Team after racing for the club in the younger age categories.

We’re excited to see how far our new riders take their racing journeys under the Race Team banner.

More riders will join in January at the start of the new road and track season.
