Finn Revell Gets The U11 Top Spot
Sunday 15th June saw the inaugural 10 Under the Ben Junior at the Nevis Range. It's just like the legendary senior race, just half the length; 5 hours to do as many laps of a 6.5km circuit with 200m of climbing and sections of challenging singletrack used in the 2007 XC world champs. Riders can compete solo, in pairs or in teams.
ERC's Finn Revell (9) lined up in a surprisingly large under 11 solo field with his dad as chaperone, on hand to dish out jelly babies on demand.
In a typical show of determination he tapped out 10 laps and took the win by a healthy margin with a grin on his face most of the way.
It's a brilliant introduction to endurance racing in a super friendly environment. Finn's already got an entry in for next year, this time pairing up with Ruaridh Cook in a formidable pairs lineup. Watch out Pidcock!
Entries to the 2026 race can be made here.
