Youth omnium Glasgow

Over the weekend of 27 & 28th April, some of ERC's youth members took part in the two Scottish and Northern English rounds of the boys National Youth Omnium Series competition. ERC organised Sunday's meeting following the successful promotion by Johnson Jets on Saturday. The top places in each age category will progress to the youth omnium final to be held at the Manchester Velodrome on the 20th or 21st July. There were also competitions for girls although these did not count towards qualification for the finals as there is a series dedicated to girls.

ERC riders were well represented in both the racing and on the podia including silver that 'should' have been a gold. These results continue the string of excellent rides put up by our youth riders in this competition over many years.
